You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return Process

Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Pack & Ship: Securely package your item in its original packaging (including tags) and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Please do not send returns back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer Choice / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal choice, wrong size selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at shop@conceiveconceive.com with photo evidence. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item (e.g., getting a different coat size or t-shirt color) is to return the original item following the return steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item directly through our store.
